Job Description
As an HR Intern at Vertoz, you will work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to support daily activities. Streamline processes, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives. The internship is designed to provide you with a practical understanding of human resource functions within a fast-growing IT services company.
Your responsibilities will include :
- HR Operations : Supporting onboarding coordination, collecting employee documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Research Support : Conducting research on hiring trends , salary benchmarks, and mapping talent pools to support recruitment.
- ATS Management : Assisting in maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data, job postings, and recruitment status updates.
- Process Management : Ensuring smooth coordination between the HR operations team and the recruitment team
