AS an Analyst – Data Operations at MRO, you will work on designing, developing, and maintaining processes for efficient data flow and integration. This position is ideal for freshers with strong analytical thinking and an eagerness to learn.

- Updating all operational tickets regularly using the ITSM tool.

- Supporting Team Leads in analyzing problems and identifying solutions.
- Preparing timely and accurate timesheet updates.
- Documenting and analyzing workflow for continuous improvement.
- Assisting with system testing during installations, upgrades, and patches.
- Ensuring compliance with all data regulations.
- Following MRO’s operational procedures and guidelines consistently.
The role equips freshers with the technical and operational exposure necessary to succeed in IT operations and data-driven environments.
