Job Description – Elevate Now MIS Analyst Recruitment

AS an MIs Analyst at Elevate Now, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining business repots, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting sales and growth operations. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, CRM, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, payments, leads, and growth KPIs.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets with advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and lookups.
• Verify, clean, and manage datasets across CRMs and dashborads.
• Maintain trackers for business targets, sales incentives, and payouts.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting for reviews and leadership presentations.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth reporting workflows.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience : 0-3 years (freshers eligible).
• Education : Graduate (any steam with strong Excel/ Analytics Knowledge.)

Technical skills:

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, macros preferred).
• Data cleaning and verification.
• Comfort with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Forms).

Other Requirements :

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Attention to detail with large datasets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate (Full-time office role.)
• Good to have (Optional) :
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce).

Basic SQL Knowledge.

• Prior experience in healthcare, fintech, or startups.
